Our Rooms & Other Services

Our Policy:

  • Check-In Check-Out time is 12.00 Noon.
  • Written request is required to block the rooms.
  • Written request is required for Confirmation / Amendment / Cancellation of every booking.
  • In case of no show, 1 night retention charges would be applicable.
  • Minimum 02 days prior notice is required in case of Cancellation / Amendment.
  • You would be charged for total number of rooms booked, if rooms are cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to arrival date in case of F.I.T. bookings.
  • For group booking confirmation, 25% of total amount is required as advance.
  • Minimum 7 Days prior notice is required in case of Group Cancellation / Amendment.
  • In the event of cancellation of a group booking at a short notice of 7 days or less, one-night retention will be charged.
  • Payments to be settled before Check-Out.
